Player Code of Conduct
I understand that it is a privilege to play soccer with TRSA and with this privilege comes some responsibilities.
I will practice good sportsmanship and will treat my opponent the way I would like to be treated. In both victory and defeat, my behavior shall model grace, dignity and composure.
I will treat officials with respect and dignity. I will not argue with or criticize game officials.
I will treat all other players with respect regardless of their race, sex, creed or ability.
I will not engage in the use of profanity, obscene language or improper actions.
I will make every effort to attend all practices and games and in the event that I will miss a practice or game, I will let the coach know as soon as possible.
I will show respect for my coach by listening to and following his/her directions and practice good manners on and off the field. In the case of a disagreement I will first talk with my coach and if a satisfactory solution is not found I will agree to meet with a mediator.
I will demand that my child treat other players, coaches, officials and spectators with respect regardless of race, creed, sex, or ability. Additionally, I will model these behaviors myself.

Parents Code of Conduct
I will encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, game officials and administrators at all times.
I will remember that soccer is the player's game and that kids play for fun. The primary concern of parents should be encouragement. I will never ridicule or yell at my child or others for a mistake or losing.
I will not engage in the use of profanity, obscene language or improper actions.
I will refrain from the use of illegal drugs and alcohol at all TRSA events.
I will teach my child to play by the rules and to resolve conflicts peacefully.
I will treat officials with respect and dignity. I will not argue with or criticize game officials.
I will demand that my child treat other players, coaches, officials and spectators with respect regardless of race, creed, sex, or ability.
I will respect the coaches and the decisions they make and speak positively of them. If I have a concern I will speak directly to them when there are no players present. If a satisfactory solution can not be found I will contact the proper TRSA representative to act as a mediator. During this process I will not criticize, complain or ridicule them to others.
I will make every effort to get my child to practices and games on time, pick him/her up on time, and in the event that we will miss a practice or a game we will let the coach know as soon as possible.
