**Training will be held at HANDKE in Elk River on
Wednesday, January 25, at regular times listed below**

TRSA is again offering a pay-as-you-go training opportunity. Come train with our club Director of Coaching on Wednesday nights for $5/hr. Training will consist of 30 minutes of skill training followed by 30 minutes of games, using the learned skills in a game setting.

When:
Wednesday nights, beginning January 18th through March 21st

Where:
Meadowvale Elementary, Elk River

Times:
U4-U7 boys/girls, 6:00-7:00pm;
U8-U12 girls, 7:00-8:00pm; U8-U12 boys, 8:00-9:00pm

Cost:
$5/hr (please place the money in the box located at the door)

What to bring:
Soccer ball, water, tennis shoes or indoor soccer shoes (no cleats)

Pre-Season Coach and Official Requirements

Coaches and officials are required to take the free CDC online training course "Concussion Training for Coaches".

• www.cdc.gov/concussion/HeadsUp/online_training.html (click here to take the training, which is located in the middle of the webpage and takes approximately 45 minutes)
• Coaches and Officials must complete this training before they may coach or officiate for the first time starting with the 2011/2012 season and once every three years thereafter.
• The certificate of completion at the end of the training is proof the course has been taken. **Print out a copy and retain for your records***
• Parents and athletes may take the course for their own information.

The newly updated Maple Grove Dome schedule has been released and now includes training scheduled from January to April, 2012.
